Amed / Tulamben Day Trips - 2 Dives
We will depart the center at 8.00am, either by boat or car depending on which dive sites are being visited. The furthest travel time for these trips is about 20 minutes. For boats, Two Fish Divers uses the local outrigger boats called Jukung which will be used to go to the first dive site. After the first dive the boat we will change tanks and have a snack if conditions permit we will do this on the beach. After a one-hour surface interval, we will do the second dive. The divers should be back at the dive center about 12:30-1pm. For shore diving we will depart by car, again maximum journey time is about 20 minutes. After setting up we will do the first dive and afterward have a surface interval of about 1 hour, with some snacks. During this time we may travel a short distance to the second dive site. After the second dive, we drive back to the center, again returning about 12:30-1pm.
Gili Selang Day Trips 2 Dives
These dive sites are a little south of the main Amed area. They involve car journey of about 20 minutes along the coast road, followed by a 15-20 minute ride in a jukung (local outrigger boat). We will depart the center at 8.00am.After the first dive the boat we will have a one-hour surface interval while we change tanks and have a snack before the second dive - if conditions permit we will do this on the beach. Divers should be back at the dive center about 1-1: 30 pm.
Padang Bai - 2 Dives
Padang Bai is approximately one hour away from Amed by road; we will depart from the centre at 7:30am. Once the divers arrive there their gear will be set up and loaded onto the local Jukung boats.
The boat trips take between 20 and 30 minutes to reach the dive site depending on the location. After the first dive they'll have the surface interval on the boat and then return to shore for lunch after the second dive. We usually return from Padang Bai around 3pm.
Nusa Penida Day Trips - 2 Dives
For Nusa Penida trips the boat normally departs from Padang Bai, about one hour away from Amed by car, with departure at 7.15am. Guest equipment will be loaded onto the boat and set up for them. The speedboat ride from Padang Bai takes around 1 hour. We always aim for one of the dive sites to be Manta Point or Manta Bay, but this will depend on the conditions on the day as if it is too wavy we may need to divert to a more sheltered site. After the second dive they'll have lunch on the boat where drinking water and fruit are also available. The second dive site will be decided on the boat based on the conditions on the day. After the second dive the divers will head back to Padang Bai and then return to the dive centre around 4-4.30pm.

More information about Bali diving
Nusa Penida is famous for dive sites like Manta Point, where manta rays visit cleaning stations. Crystal Bay is sought after for mola mola sightings, particularly from July to mid-November. The strong currents at Nusa Penida require attention to dive briefings and site-specific precautions.
