From the U.S.: You can take a non-stop flight to Manila with Philippine Airlines or opt for a Cebu flight with one stop.
From the U.K. and Europe: Cathay Pacific (via Hong Kong) and EVA Air (via Taiwan) offer flights to Manila and Cebu with one stop from major European cities. Cathay Pacific is recommended for U.K. visitors.
