How To Get There

The resort is located 120 km south of Manila by car/van and it takes about 3 hours. They can arrange private transfers from the airport to the resort and return upon request at any time of the day/night.

Accommodation Overview

Buceo Anilao offers a total of 23 rooms. All rooms come with breakfast buffet included.

• 10 Exclusive Deluxe Rooms, 45 sqm, Sea/ Sunset View, with terrace, air conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Minibar, Kettler, Safe. 2 double beds and 1 individual bed.
• 10 Superior Rooms, 25 sqm, Sea / Sunset View, with terrace, air conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Minibar, Kettler, Safe. 1 double bed and 1 individual bed.
• 3 Standard Rooms, 15 sqm, Air conditioning, Fan, Safe, 1 double bed, Near the pool, but without balcony.

Food & Drinks

Buceo Anilao offers international cuisine a la carte and has a selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits. They also offer a special buffet for groups upon request. The sunset bar offers a wide variety of local and international drinks and cocktails.

Dive Information

Anilao is famous for its huge biodiversity (probably one of the highest in the world). So far, more than 800 different kinds of nudibranchs have been identified in the area. 50 excellent dive sites for macro & muck but also great wide-angle, even a wreck and a cave (like the whole Visayas in one place) and also wild and colorful coral reefs. This is a special destination for nudibranch lovers. There is also a house reef named Buceo Point, one of the best muck diving points in the area, a photographers paradise.

Marine Life includes pigmy sea-horses, nudibranchs, anthias, gobies, frogfishes, rare shrimps and crabs, 5 types of octopuses including blue ring, flamboyant cuttlefish, jacks, turtles, triggerfishes, cardinals, fusiliers, damsels, giant clams, clown fishes, groupers, mandarin fishes, moray eels including blue ribbon, barracudas, idols, parrotfish, batfish, snakes, scorpionfish, stonefish, lionfish, rhinopias, ghost pipefish, leaf, squids, cuttlefish, pufferfish, soft & hard corals, gorgonias, crinoids, sweetlipsetc.

Dive Center Information

Buceo Anilao's dive center is a complete PADI dive center with boats, instructors and dive masters. They also have a spacious camera room with more than 18 stations with Air Guns.

Dive Center Features

• State of the art camera room - with 18 individual workstations with matted desks/shelves, outlets, lockers, air guns, and lights.
• Equipment room - with 18 divisions with 36 boxes for proper organization of your dive gear plus additional space for other guests.
• Boats - traditional Filipino "Bangkas" with a capacity of up to 10 divers + crew, but most of the time they only assign 6 divers together with their experienced dive masters.
• Nitrox & Air fills
• Brand new Diving & Snorkeling Equipment
• 12 liters tanks with INT/DIN connections (15 liters tanks upon request)
• Training pool (10 ft/3 m) depth.
• Unlimited diving (up to 4 dives a day)
