Studio Or Studio Deluxe

A spacious studio (39m2 or 40m2) for a maximum occupancy of two persons. The studios have Ocean- or Garden view and are located on the ground floor and first floor. All studios have a terrace, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker.

One Bedroom Apartment

A spacious apartment (66m2) with one bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and coffee/tea maker. All apartments have a terrace and air conditioning in the bedroom. The apartments have Ocean or Garden view and are located on the ground floor and first floor. Maximum occupancy 2 adults, 2 children under 12.

Two Bedroom Apartment

These spacious apartments (112 m / 1,206 ft) feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and a spacious living room with a modern kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. All apartments have private terraces and are equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living rooms.

Penthouse

The spacious penthouses (210 m / 2,260 ft) are located on the second and third floor (with elevator access) and offer spectacular views of Bonaire and the Caribbean Sea. Each penthouse features a spacious living room and a modern kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Each penthouse has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower, and a large terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned.

3 Bedroom Villa

The 3 Bedroom Villa and the Villa Pool are a comfortable villas covering a built-up surface area of 156 m2, with a total usable area of 183 m2. This Villa features a nice porch and has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom/bathroom is conveniently situated at ground floor level, along with a spacious living room/kitchen. The Villa comes with individually controlled air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as in the living room/kitchen and has a carport that easily accommodates two cars.

4 Bedroom Villa

The 4 Bedroom Villa Pool is a luxurious villa covering a built-up surface area of 140.5 m2, while the Villa Pool counterpart has a surface area of 130 m2. On the ground floor, this Villa has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The second floor houses a spacious living room/kitchen, 1 additional bedroom/bathroom and a porch with ocean view. The Villa comes with individually controlled air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as in the living room/kitchen and has a carport that easily accommodates two cars.
