Not certified? Complete the PADI online EAN eLearning class before coming to the island and complete it a Cayman Brac Beach Resort for a nominal fee. Or schedule the complete course while there, and the nitrox upgrade may be at a reduced rate or even free. All diving with Reef Divers requires presentation of a certification card and completion of some paperwork which can be done quickly.

Reef Divers Valet Diving service makes diving easier and more fun for everyone by doing all the heavy lifting. Guests are issued mesh bags at check-in for their boat gear to use while visiting. These are picked up from outside dive guests doors early the first dive day and thats the last time divers will have to carry it until they pack to leave.

The staff takes care of setting up, cleaning, drying, storing this gear. The resort has a drying room for hanging wetsuits and other items. So the only gear divers should take back to their rooms are cameras, loose computers, and personal items. The boats have towels for divers use and carry fresh, cold water and snacks.

All boat dives are done from moorings to preserve the reefs. There are normally no currents in the Caymans, making this a great destination choice for new divers, photographers, or anyone who wants to just leisurely explore beautiful reefs and marine life. Dives are briefed on board with hand-drawn maps showing the dives routes.

Divers may follow the guide or choose to go off on their own within the established dive profile. Gearing up is as easy as getting gear on the boat. Reef Divers does the work. Guests sit on wide, stable platforms on the rear of the boat and the staff brings their tank and BCD to them. After helping don the gear and stand up its one giant stride into the beautiful Cayman Caribbean. And at the end of the dive, divers may hand up their fins and climb the ladder out or opt to remove all gear in the water.

Reef Divers dive shop is open daily 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (closed for lunch 12:30 1:00 PM). Morning 2-tank boat trips require divers to be on board by 8:00 AM (7:45 AM first day to allow time for boat procedure review). Afternoon 1-tank boat trips require divers on board by 1:45 PM. Check with the dive shop for availability and departure time for night dives (adjusted seasonally) or if interested in an extended morning trip to Little Caymans famous Bloody Bay Wall Marine Park (weather permitting at an additional charge).
