How to Get There
Guests traveling to Allegro Cozumel typically fly into **Cozumel International Airport (CZM)**, located about 20 minutes by car from the resort. From the airport, visitors can take a taxi or arrange private transfers directly to the resort. Alternatively, guests can fly into **Cancún International Airport (CUN)** and take a ferry from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel. The ferry ride is approximately 45 minutes, and once on Cozumel, a short taxi ride (around 25 minutes) will bring guests to Allegro Cozumel.

Palancar Reef offers an enjoyable dive experience with its large structure, numerous tunnels, and swim-throughs. Chankanaab Reef is ideal for night diving, revealing an abundance of nocturnal marine life. Divers can observe crabs, lobsters, moray eels, snappers, stingrays, urchins, groupers, and lionfish. The shallow depths and mild currents make this site accessible for divers of all experience levels.
Located northwest of the island, Barracuda Reef is known for its strong currents and thrilling encounters with pelagic fish. This site is a favorite among advanced divers, offering chances to see the namesake barracudas, as well as hammerhead sharks, other reef sharks, and eagle rays.
The C-53 Wreck is Cozumel’s most popular wreck dive, featuring an old minesweeper now serving as an artificial reef. Divers with the appropriate training can explore the wreck’s interior, including the engine room and crew equipment. The healthy coral growth attracts a variety of marine life, including octopuses, moray eels, and blennies.
