What's special about Aqua Cat Cruises (Allstarliveaboards.com) is the crew's focus on everyone having the best trip of their lives, whether divers or not. On my last charter with Aqua Cat, I filled the boat with friends and family, 40 percent non-divers. On the diver side, we had relatively novice divers through instructor-trainer and technical instructors.
