MY Discovery II
The safari along BDE (13/11-20/11/2021) was wonderful despite of having not seen hammerheads at Deadalus. The boat Samira (exact copy of Amelia) is well adapted for diving, guides are friendly and helpful. Briefings were arranged in a clear and understandable manner. Staff did all necessary for the comfort of the divers before and after dives - always helped to take on and off the equipment.
The food was very tasty, one day was a seafood dinner - delicious! Thanks to the chef. Between lunch and dinner they served cookies and fruits. Beer 3 euro, wine 20 euro - both egyptian.
Some discomfort was concerned with permanent moisture on the sit pads at the second deck which were almost dry when touched but when you sit on it, the pants become wet so divers sat on the floor and on the tables. Some dangerous points are the rolls at the jump deck so that one needs to be careful not to step on them when jumping.
These small things don't spoil the great impression of the marvelous beauty of the Red sea underwater world and plenty of joy and positive from communication with divers from almost all over the world.
