How to Get There
Located on the north shore of Grand Cayman Island, Cobalt Coast is a 20-minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport. The resort offers airport transfer service.
Dive Overview
The warm waters surrounding the Cayman Islands are rich and vibrant. The North Wall, just a few fin kicks from the pier drops from 40 feet to 70 feet is covered with vibrant corals and colorful tropical fish. Navigational landmarks are there to guide you to the wall and back.

Cobalt Coast Dive Resort Accommodation Overview
Cobalt Coast Dive Resort offers 1-bedroom oceanfront suites, 2-bedroom oceanfront suites, oceanfront hotel rooms, garden view hotel rooms and a unique penthouse suite. Different from most suite hotels, the oceanfront suites truly have a separate bedroom from the living room to provide full privacy for you.
One Bedroom Oceanfront Suite
- Improving on the Embassy Suites' concept you'll find the one-bedroom oceanfront suite spacious, modern and very comfortable. Marimekko fabrics adorn the bedroom wall and cover the king size or double beds. You'll find tile floors throughout the suite, a large bathroom, a queen sleeper couch in the separate and private living room, free Wi-Fi access and an unparallel view of the ocean from your living room. A refrigerator, 2 television sets, large coffee maker, A/C and ceiling fans complete the unit, ready for your oceanfront vacation.
Oceanfront Hotel Room
- The oceanfront rooms are located on the pool deck level. You have a choice of 2 full-size beds or 1 queen bed. The oceanfront room also has a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, wet bar (sink) and table and chairs. These units are ideal for a couple who want easy access to the pool or for a single diver.
Two bedroom Oceanfront Suite
- The two-bedroom oceanfront suites are located on the corners of either the first floor or the second floor, the suites offer 2 separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom, TV's, coffee makers and safes. Wi-Fi access is available at no charge from the living room, which comes with a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, a large table and chairs. All rooms have A/C and ceiling fans. The first bedroom has 1 king bed, the second bedroom has 2 full size extra long beds.
One Bedroom Garden Cottage
- These units are located behind the Resort across a small street. They are perfect for more self-catering customers who enjoy a homestyle holiday. These units have a full kitchen and have all the utensils and place settings for 4 people. The 1-bedroom garden cottage has 2 full-size beds plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is shared access to laundry facilities for the 1-bedroom garden cottages.
Two Bedroom Garden Cottage
- Enjoy homestyle comfort during your holiday in the Caribbean. Each two-bedroom garden cottage has a full kitchen and laundry facilities en-suite. Each unit has 1 king bedroom with its own bath and the second bedroom has 2 full-size beds and its own bathroom as well. Each unit has a shared living room area with a queen sleeper sofa.
Penthouse
Enjoy 700 square feet of ultimate privacy located on the "top of the world" as you overlook the Caribbean Sea from your own private balcony. This well-appointed suite welcomes you and your guest with all the modern conveniences you would expect, 2 HDTV television sets, a refrigerator, walk-in closet, dual basin bathroom and lounge chairs for watching the sunset. Just the two of you and maybe a glass of wine. Ideal for your Honeymoon or just quality time.

Dive Overview
Cayman Islands have a lot of large sponges, some good macro, and some tiny fish. For big animals - you can find a good number of turtles and groupers, tarpon, nurse sharks, great barracuda, and stingrays. Stingray city has very large, friendly stingrays that are used to getting fed.
Grand Cayman is a sophisticated Caribbean island with great nightlife, great resort options, and the wonderful attraction of stingray city, and very good wall diving.
Grand Cayman is the most commercial island, with cruise ships visiting, but it has some wrecks wall dives are close boat rides. Stingray city, where stingrays can be hand-fed squid, is in only 12ft of water, and is a huge draw for divers and underwater photographers.
