In 2017, Erik Lukas led Bluewater Travel's photography workshop at Alor Dive Resort, Indonesia. The workshop focused on honing underwater photography skills, emphasizing both wide-angle and macro techniques. Highlights included encounters with diverse marine life like Rhinopias and anemones at Anemone City. Cultural immersion included interactions with local villagers selling handwoven fabrics.
