Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival to Kilimanjaro Airport - Arusha
•  Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport outside of Arusha, Tanzania. After clearing customs, look for Blue Water Travel representative. He will be waiting for you, holding a board with your name on it. Your driver will transport you to for the Katambuga House/ Venice Hotel for your overnight. 
• Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park
• In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and you will travel to the Tarangire National Park. This park with its huge baobab trees, the perennial Tarangire River, and seasonal swamps is home to the largest elephant herds in northern Tanzania. Animals gather at the river and you should be able to see elephants, giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, dik-diks, waterbucks, warthogs, and reedbucks all year round.
• Furthermore, the park is also home to buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests which are always closely followed by a range of predators such as lions. Leopards are seen every once in a while but cheetahs are rarely spotted. From the open roof of the vehicle, you will be able to absorb the landscape and watch the animals. After an extensive game drive, you will leave the park in the late afternoon and drive to the Fanaka campsite and Lodge/ Ngorongoro Farm House, where you will spend the night.
• Meal plan: Lunch and dinner
• Day 3: Tarangire area - Ngorongoro Crater Tour- Mto wa Mbu
• After an early start, you will make your way to the cooler regions of the Ngorongoro highlands. The Ngorongoro Crater is almost 600 meters deep, approximately 20 kilometers wide and the massive caldera is home to an amazing variety of animals. On your game drive, you have the possibility of seeing all different kinds of mammals ranging from the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard) to Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles and mountain reedbucks. You might also see spotted hyenas and some of the more than 500 bird species in the area.
• After a picnic lunch in the crater and some gamer viewing, you will leave the crater in the afternoon and travel to Mto wa Mbu, where you will overnight at the Fanaka campsite and Lodge/ Ngorongoro Farm House
• Meal plan: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha
• After breakfast, you will leave the highlands and continue to Lake Manyara National Park, one of the smallest but most diverse parks in Tanzania. The shallow and alkaline Lake Manyara covers a large area of the park and it is the seasonal home to thousands of flamingos which is an awesome (pink) sight.
• However, more than 500 other bird species are also found here as well as some wonderful mammals. Troops of monkeys live in the forests, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests on the grassy plains, and elephants and lions in the acacia woodlands. After an intensive game drive and a picnic lunch, you will leave the park to arrive in Arusha by the late afternoon. You will stay overnight at Katambuga House/ Venice Hotel for your overnight.
• Day 5 Transfer you to Airport (End of Safaris in Tanzania)
• After breakfast in the hotel, we will transfer you to the airport to take a flight back home or to the next safari destination, you’re planning yourself. This will be the end of your tour and safari with us.

• Day 1 Arrival in Tanzania
• Pick up at the airport ready to start  5 Day Tanzania Safari Holidays & Vacation | Class African. Our safari guide will meet you at the airport and drive you to Hotel we booked for you. BB- bed and breakfast is included.
• Day 2: Arusha  to Ngorongoro Crater
• After a relaxing morning and an early breakfast at the lodge, you will have an early in the en-route game drive into Ngorongoro crater top destination where you can spot the Big5 if you are lucky enough.  Proceed directly to the crater floor for your tour with a picnic lunch down the crater whereby you will be able to see all the “Big Five”.
• Later, you will proceed back to Ngorongoro Serena lodge/ Farm house/ Ngorongoro Simba Campsite in the evening for dinner and overnight.
• Day 3: Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park
• After breakfast, you will start your Tanzania safaris head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the Central Park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the Park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch at Nabi gate and enjoy the late 2hrs afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight campsite/tented camp/ lodge
• Day 4: Serengeti Game Drive
• After breakfast, you will have a Northern Tanzania Safari game viewing at Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti, Tanzania’s largest National Park, covers nearly 6,000 square miles of grassland plains. Central Serengeti’s Seronera Valley is a year-round game-viewing. With Savannah, kopjes, hills, woodlands, and River line forest systems serve as critical water sources. It’s often an excellent site for wildlife viewing. This city is located on a plateau in the Great Rift Valley amidst the Serengeti plains, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, Tarangire National Park, and Mount Kilimanjaro.
• Arusha is a small town nestled in the shadow of Mount Meru with commanding views of the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro. Although Dar es Salaam is larger, Arusha tends to be visited more by tourists as it is the gateway to the northern safari circuit to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and Arusha National Park. The closest park to this City is Arusha National park. It is likely to be the start of your adventure to the famous parks of northern Tanzania.
• Day 2 - 3: Tarangire National Park

• Day 4: Tarangire Safari to Ngorongoro Crater

• Day 0: Arrival Day – Pick Up From Airport
• Meet on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport/Arusha Airport. Transfer to Hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay. Accommodation: Venice Arusha (fullboard)
• Day 1 Arusha To Tarangire National Park
• After breakfast departure at 6:30am,  after you meet an office representative for a briefing about your safari, then take 2 hours’ drive to Tarangire National Park. Along the way, you will take in the scenic views of the grassland plains speckled with the ancient baobab trees, traditional Maasai houses, and cattle being herded by the nomadic people.
• You will see all that Tarangire National Park is known for – the famous ancient baobab trees, tree climbing pythons, and the largest concentration of African elephants, lions, leopards, cheetah.
• This area is during the dry season also a haven for bird watchers with over 550 different species including the Masai Ostrich -the world largest bird. Around lunchtime, you will stop at a suitable picnic place before the afternoon is dedicated to more wildlife watching.
• The park is truly a photographer’s playground and offers some of the best game viewing in the world. You can expect to see many of Africa’s most well-known animals, with the tree-climbing lions a particular treat. These proud predators lounge in acacia trees practically begging to be photographed. Lake Manyara is rightly famous for its tree-climbing lions, but they’re far from the only highlight: by the end of an exhilarating afternoon, you could easily have spotted elephant, hippo, wildebeest, buffalo and giraffe, plus many other species. Pink-hued flamingos, one of 400 bird species recorded here, provide a splash of colour. Late afternoon drive back to your hotel in Arusha. 

TRIP EXTENSION - Mount Kilimanjaro Day Hike

Mount Kilimanjaro, a dormant volcano in Tanzania, boasts three volcanic cones: Kibo, Mawenzi, and Shira. Towering at 5,895 meters above sea level and rising about 4,900 meters above its plateau base, Kilimanjaro is not only the highest mountain in Africa but also the highest single free-standing mountain globally. Climbing Kilimanjaro presents a unique challenge where most days involve relatively moderate trails. The main challenge will be primarily dealing with the effects of high altitude at the summit.

• Welcome to Tanzania! As your plane descends into Kilimanjaro International Airport between the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru/Arusha airport your Affordable Kilimanjaro Day Hike into the wilds of the country will finally begin. A representative will meet you in the arrivals hall of the airport, and together you will make a short drive to the Venice Hotel just inside the city.
• Our safari manager will come to meet you and provide you with a safari briefing. A wonderful home-cooked dinner will be served on the spot – either in the dining room or the terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape. If you will arrive in the afternoon or morning time you will have city tours with our guide.
• Affordable Kilimanjaro Day Hike
• Pick up from Arusha -Trekking from Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut and descend back. Pick up at hotel in Arusha at 7:00am in morning after breakfast. Depart with packed lunch boxes plus mineral water. We will transfer you from Arusha to Marangu gate which will take almost 2-hour drive. After reaching Kilimanjaro National Park’s eastern entrance: Marangu Gate (1,860 m/6,046 f)).
• You will have quick formality of registering the climbing permits and registering with the rescue service, then you will start trekking up to Mandara Hut (2,700 m/8,858 ft ). The trekking route includes a passage through the rainforest where tropical showers are highly probable, so we recommend taking raincoats.
• ELEVATION: 1,860 m to 2,700 m, 2,700 m to 1,860 m
• HIKING TIME: 7 - 8 hours
• DISTANCE: 16 km

• When you reach the camp, you will be provided with lunch-boxes and mineral water.
• After lunch you can take a hike to the beautiful Maundi Crater nearby. It will take about 30 minutes, after which you will start your descent down to the exit of the park – Marangu gate. There our driver will pick you up and drive you to your hotel in the town of Arusha.
• At the end of your safari, Foot Slopes Tours and Safaris Ltd will drop you off at the airport.
• Farewell Day: Transfer to Airport (Arusha/Kilimanjaro)
• After breakfast in the lodge, you will be transfered to take the flight back home this will be the end of your tour and safari holidays.

TRIP EXTENSION - ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK DAY TOUR

Itinerary

• Day 0: Arrival Day – Pick Up From Airport
• Meet on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport/Arusha Airport. Transfer to Hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay. Accommodation: Venice Arusha (fullboard)
• Day 1:  Hotel  to Arusha National Park
• Depart Arusha in the morning with your private guide and travel to Arusha National Park, a short 40-minute drive from Arusha town.
• Your day trip includes a visit to the Ngurdoto Crater, affectionately known as the “Little Ngorongoro”. Buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, warthogs, and zebras can all be seen year-round as well as many different bird species. Only a few other national parks in Tanzania give you such an opportunity and it is something that should not be missed.
• Later proceed back to Arusha in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at Hotel.
• Day 2: Farewell Day: Transfer to Airport (Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport)
• After breakfast in the Hotel, we will transfer you to take the flight back home this will be the end of your tour and safari holiday.

Itinerary

• Escape the ordinary and indulge in the natural wonders of Tanzania with a mesmerizing Kikuletwa Hotsprings Day Trip. Nestled amidst the arid landscapes, Kikuletwa Hotsprings, also known as “Chemka,” is a hidden oasis, inviting travelers to relax in its crystal-clear turquoise waters. Here’s a curated itinerary for a day filled with rejuvenation and exploration.
• After breakfast with packed lunch box you will be picked up at your hotel in Arusha/Moshi take a drive to Kikuletwa (Chemka) Hot Springs via small town called Boma ng’ombe the take dust road and drive for about 2 hours through the local villages once approaching the hot spring you will also see some onions farms around.
• Arrive at Kikuletwa (Chemka) Hot Springs have your swimming gears on and start enjoying most of the time here spent on swimming and rest on the mattress have a nap then get back swimming.
• Delight in the therapeutic warmth of the hotsprings. The water, rich in minerals, not only offers a soothing respite but also provides a unique experience as you float effortlessly. Take in the serene surroundings, with the lush greenery and clear skies enhancing the tranquility of the moment.
• After then get in the vehicle start the drive back to the hotel where the tour ends.

 TRIP EXTENSION - Mount Meru Day Hike

For those with limited time or seeking a unique adventure near Arusha, the Mount Meru Day Hike is an ideal choice. The morning hike unfolds on the picturesque slopes of the majestic Mt Meru, featuring an exploration into the crater and culminating in a picnic at Kitoto View Point. This excursion can be seamlessly paired with an afternoon game drive in Arusha National Park, offering the chance for wildlife sightings on foot in the Afromontane forest.

 Itinerary

• Early in the morning, normally around 7am, you are collected from your hotel with a packed lunch and transferred to Arusha National Park. At Momella Gate we complete registration formalities and collect our Ranger before driving to the very end of the road to Kitoto View Point. 
• From here we trek for up to 4 hours through the Afromontane forest and into the crater before heading back to the car. Now you can take your time, overlooking the outstanding views and taking in the morning’s events. A morning hike on the beautiful slopes of the incredible Mt Meru with an excursion into the crater before returning for a picnic at Kitoto View Point. 
• In the afternoon you have the option to either call it a day or be transferred home or to spend a bit more time and wind your way through the national park (at no additional cost) before heading back.
• Later in the afternoon you will meet our car waiting for you. Our representative will picking up and transfer back to airport or hotel where you will overnight.
