How to Get There
- 1. Arrive in Nadi, Fiji
- There are regular international services to Nadi offered on a non-stop basis from Australia, New Zealand, North America, China, and more.
- 2. Connect to Savusavu or Labasa
- Domestic flights are operated by Fiji Airways or Island Hoppers. The easiest way to reach us is by arriving at Savusavu airport, a scenic 1-hour flight from Nadi.
- You will be greeted by a staff member and be transferred to Savasi Island, just 10-minutes from the airport.
- Alternatively, you can arrive at Labasa airport. You will be greeted by a staff member and transferred to Savasi Island, a scenic 90-minutes by road. Please note that pick up from Labasa incurs a cost of FJ$160.00 each way (up to 4 guests). Please request a quote for transferring larger parties.
Dive Overview
The majority of diving is done as drift dives, allowing you to cover large distances and see walls of soft corals. As a photographer, you may wish to bring a reef hook - find a spot with beautiful colors, hook in, and shoot to your heart’s delight! The tops of pinnacles and bommies usually host a plethora of life. Just hook in and shoot as the current blows you around. Always have a safety sausage so the tender boat can see you when you surface.

Savasi Island Resort Room Overview
The accommodation provides uncompromised privacy and total ocean views. The villas are perched upon the volcanic uplift, with generous spacing and dense planting between rooms, that leaves you in a total tropical haven. Two stunning, brand-new villas are set to be revealed in 2022, offering guests the breathtaking view coupled with a whopping 1,100 sq. ft. of floor space.
Savasi Island Resort has also introduced their new floating accommodation, SERENITY, a stunning 140ft three-masted schooner comprised of just five luxury staterooms, moored permanently in the serene blue waters of Savasi Island’s marina.

Blue Lagoon Bure One
The bungalows are spacious (40 m2) and designed in typical Balinese style. They are built from local wood and bamboo, the roof is covered by alang-alang. They fit perfectly into the landscape and are arranged to ensure, that you have a lot of privacy in your bungalow. The four bungalows in the lower area (near to the sea) have air-conditioning, the others are located at a higher elevation and are well ventilated and equipped with ceiling fans.

Blue Lagoon Bure Two
Bure 2 is considered the heart of the Blue Lagoon trio, with two bedrooms, a relaxing living area, and a kitchen, all connected by a large terrace that commands breathtaking views of the ocean. Experience the magic of the reef with Korosun Dive, located right at Savasi Island’s marina. Known for some of the best diving in the world, you’re sure to be inspired by Fiji’s underwater paradise.
Grey sharks, Hawksbills turtles, Spotted Eagle rays, Barracuda, Hammerhead sharks, and dramatic cavern swim-throughs are just some of the things you can expect.
We have many different dive sites to explore which offer some of the best scuba diving in Fiji. Our resident school of scalloped hammerheads, pelagics, soft corals, swim thru's and caverns and close proximity to the world premiere dive sites of Namena Marine Reserve, Rainbow Reef, and White Wall are some of the features which make us the divers’ choice for diving in Fiji.
