How to Get There
After arrival at the Fa'a'ā International Airport, guests must take another 45-minute inter-island flight to get to Motu Mute, a small islet north of Bora Bora. Once there, a shuttle boat takes guests to the main island. For an extra surcharge, the hotel can provide ground transfer for the 15-minute ride to Hotel Maitai Polynesia Bora Bora.

The diving season in Bora Bora is year-round. The water temperature is always warm with an average of 84°F (29°C) in summer and 79°F (26°C) degrees in winter. The water is very clear, the visibility is over 100 feet (30m).
