Staff at Sam's Tours made sure I had a great time during the dives and on the boat. I really felt I got the best possible experience during my 6 days of diving. Sharon, Arnie, Neil and June were great dive masters and made sure everyone was attended to. I was super happy with my GoPro footage after every day of dives because Sam's took me to the best dive locations for the conditions. Thanks also to my driver Swel, who was very personable, and Jennifer for being there in case I needed anything. Staff at the front desk and gear rental were great as well as the knowledgeable boat captains. I would recommend Sam's Tours to anyone looking to go to Palau for a great dive experience.

Volivoli Beach Resort

I stayed at Volivoli in October. I looked forward to my dives in the marine park every day. The soft corals and coral structures were impressive. It was fun descending upon sites and weaving through pathways and tunnels. Jesse, Esa, and Bloss were good divemasters, always with a good attitude.
Food was delicious, I was satisfied with everything the kitchen offered. VA was a good server.
Room was spacious, appropriately-designed, and had a nice view to relax at the end of the day.
Matthew settled all issues at the reception regarding billing and optional excursions.
Music was played at night, buffets had good food, dances had performers in good spirits.
Everyone provided excellent service.

Matava Eco Resort

This was like staying at someone's house with guesthouses in the countryside. All action took place in the main building or patio, and one could take out a kayak if desired. This was an escape from the hustle & bustle and detach from doing anything but dive, snorkel and read a book. 5 days would have been enough here.
The food was standout delicious, from their own garden, and fresh bread products.
The diving was good, but nothing particularly exciting. Just really clear water and pristine coral.
The ride to and from the airport on a small boat was rough.
