The hotel has 115 rooms spread along the beach shore in buildings of 2 levels with the architecture characteristic of the island, two private beaches of white sand and calm surf, restaurants and bars, internet service, PADI scuba diving center, marina, Mayatlantis the underwater park, underwater photography, dive shop and souvenirs.

Fantasy Island Beach Resort, Dive and Marinas PADI-certified Dive Center offers a wide range of courses and tours for divers of every level, from absolute beginners to divemasters and instructors looking to earn advanced certification. The modern facility boasts two classrooms, nine high-capacity vessels, Nitrox available, and a fully equipped dive shop with equipment sales and rentals.
