New Rules - Highlights
- The Philippines is open to tourism as of Feb 10th, 2022
- Visitors must be fully vaccinated; CDC cards from the USA are accepted
- A negative PCR test must be taken within 48 hours before departure
- If these conditions are met, there is no quarantine
- Children under 12 are exempt

Full Entry Details
The Philippines Tourism Secretary announced on January 28, 2022, that the country would start accepting fully-vaccinated foreign leisure travelers from visa-free countries beginning February 10, 2022.
Entry Requirements
To enter the Philippines visitors must comply with ALL of the following:
- Enter the country as a leisure tourist.
- Have 6 months validity on passport.
- Provide a return or outbound flight ticket.
- Travel on a passport from a visa-free country.
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (CDC cards from the US are accepted).
- Present a negative RT-PCR test taken 48 hours before departure.
- No quarantine required if the above conditions are met.
