The facility is beautiful with pool and direct access to a large dock where all the dive boats are moored. They all lift out of the water on special structures so no toxic anti fouling has to be applied. It is an eco resort and they do it justice throughout. The boats are 14 Passenger Gemini ridged hull inflatable with an interesting tank storage facility in the center. 2, 250 hp Yamahas make it cruise around 30 knots. Since I was the only costumer I had a driver and a guide on board with me. It was like riding a spaceship. The diving was very nice with lots of fish. The guides always carried a camera with them so I collaborated with taking pictures me supplying the light to some really nice pictures. Blue ringed octopus, wabegons and lots more. I was most impressed how all the transferees from airports and ferries all Worked perfectly.

I cannot speak highly enough of my dive experience at the Meridian Adventure Resort. The dive managers and staff were among the most professional I have ever been diving with, and the logistics of the daily dive trips were planned to a T. They made it feel like a group of dive buddies out for the day. I very much felt like family by the end of the trip! The resort itself was as clean as could be. I very much appreciated that there were no single-use plastics on the premises. The resort staff all remembered my name after Day 1 and it felt like home. The food was fantastic as well.I would highly recommend this operation as THE place to stay in Raja Ampat!

Firstly the Meridian (Adventure Marina Club) Resort is on a marina, not a beach, and has a nice pool and gardens. It is a modern hotel; all rooms with AC are on the small side as the resort was interestingly constructed using shipping containers. Amenities included body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Free wifi was available throughout resort.A good breakfast is included with espresso coffees. The bar and restaurant are open all day; Ala carte meals are served from same menu for both lunch and dinner with more western than Indonesian items. The friendly staff were well trained staff through-out the resort. They also offer a homestay option at village resorts, with daily pick-up for diving. For divers and snorkelers, Meridian have a modern fleet of very fast RIBs; however, there is little shelter from sun or rain. All dive equipment which looks very new, is included in their deals. The dive plan is posted in the lobby 3 days in advance, rotating through the iconic dive sites in the Dampier Strait. To get to Meridian, one takes the twice daily public ferry from Sorong and the resort is just 5 minutes up the road.
