Dive Information & Itineraries
Komodo National Park
Komodo National Park, situated in the Lesser Sunda Islands, is a renowned diving destination that encompasses the islands of Komodo, Rinca, Padar, and over 20 smaller islets. The park is famous not only for its terrestrial wonders, like the iconic Komodo dragon, but also for its underwater realm, which offers some of the most diverse and exhilarating dive sites in the world.
Diving in Komodo National Park promises a dynamic underwater experience, with strong currents that attract a wide array of marine life. Divers can encounter everything from graceful manta rays and sharks to vibrant coral reefs teeming with fish species. The park's dive sites range from shallow coral gardens perfect for beginners to challenging drift dives for the more experienced. Each dive reveals the park's rich marine biodiversity, showcasing its status as a key component of the Coral Triangle.
Raja Ampat
Raja Ampat, located in the heart of Indonesia's Coral Triangle, is celebrated for having one of the highest concentrations of marine biodiversity on the planet. This remote and stunning archipelago, consisting of over 1,500 small islands, cays, and shoals, is a diver’s paradise, offering an unparalleled underwater experience.
The waters of Raja Ampat are home to an extraordinary variety of marine life, including over 1,300 species of fish and 600 species of coral. Divers can explore vibrant coral reefs that are teeming with life, from tiny pygmy seahorses and colorful nudibranchs to large pelagics like manta rays and sharks. The region's nutrient-rich waters, combined with strong currents, create ideal conditions for both coral growth and marine life, making each dive a visual feast.
Spice Islands
The Spice Islands, historically known for their role in the global spice trade, offer a unique and enriching diving experience in the heart of Indonesia’s Maluku region. This cluster of islands, also known as the Maluku Islands, is surrounded by waters that are both rich in history and marine biodiversity.
Diving in the Spice Islands provides a fascinating blend of underwater exploration and cultural immersion. The waters are home to vibrant coral reefs, steep drop-offs, and an array of marine life, including schooling fish, turtles, and occasionally larger pelagics like sharks and rays. The islands' relative remoteness means that many of the dive sites remain pristine, offering divers the chance to explore unspoiled underwater environments.
